You will:
The
Senior Advisor, Learning & Developmentwill develop security awareness content on the Security Awareness and Training team, creating digital learning and supporting materials intended to communicate and influence workforce personnel to adopt secure behaviors. Your primary responsibilities will be:
Develop, edit, present, and publish concise and modern training content, methods, and materials in collaboration with business unit leaders and subject matter experts.
Content types include scripts, storyboards, e-learning courses, assessments, surveys, infographics, and instructor-led training as assigned.
Responsible for training project evolution from planning to delivery, including stakeholder and subject matter expert coordination
Publish final content using various LMS delivery platforms (SABA, LRN, KnowBe4)
7+ years’ experience in instructional design at enterprise-scale in a technical field; information security industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience creating/updating/maintaining modern learning content using comprehensive and modern authoring tools (Articulate 360, Catalyst, Vyond, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Premier, Illustrator, etc.), Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia).
Design and develop SCORM-compliant digital assets; experience publishing to modern LMS platforms (SABA, LRN, etc.).
Create products that conform to established accessibility and diversity practices.
Experience and comfort working independently in a highly-matrixed and geographically-diverse environment.
