As a
Sales Enablement System Management & Support
- Manage and provide user support for sales enablement tools, including:
- Conga Collaborate: Proposal Generation
- Revegy: Account and opportunity management.
- keyspot: AI-powered scanning for customer specifications and contracts.
- Bluebeam Revu: Collaborative PDF markup and construction design review.
- Highspot: Content management and customer engagement tracking.
- Ensure the effective use of sales technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical and user issues , providing timely solutions.
- Produce and maintain support documents and videos for above mentioned tools
Sales Process Improvement & Consulting
- Act as a strategic advisor to the sales team, identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology.
- Translate user requirements into IT specifications and collaborate with developers to implement enhancements.
- Drive global harmonization of sales tools in partnership with Sales Excellence and regional sales teams.
- Analyze current and future needs to position changes that align with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including:
- Field Sales & Management Teams
- Business Excellence Team Members
- Legal Department
- Product Portfolio Management
- Canadian Liaison Team
You will make an impact with these qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting users of sales platforms/software/tools
- Demonstrated Ability to communicate with a community of over 2,000 users
- Demonstrated Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
- Demonstrated Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated Basic HTML knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Marketing , or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10% travel required
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

- The pay range for this position is $98,630 - $169,080 . The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
