Your Role and Responsibilities- Systems and Software Engineering Understanding: Apply a deep understanding of systems and software engineering challenges and best practices in at least 2-3 disciplines, such as requirements management, modelling, development, testing, build, and source control, to help deliver scalable, reliable solutions that align with business and customer needs.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Engage with customers, internal teams, and partners to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable product requirements, advocating for the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Messaging & Positioning: Assist in crafting clear, compelling messaging that effectively communicates product value to support sales and marketing efforts, and help drive successful product launches.
- Enablement and Training Material Creation: Support the development and delivery of training and marketing materials that enhance product understanding, enablement, marketing and adoption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to help deliver high-quality products on time. Foster a collaborative environment to support successful product launches.
- Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including defining product features, writing user stories, supporting backlog prioritization, and enhancing user experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B product environments.
- Agile Frameworks, DevOps, and Value Stream Management Experience: Apply a solid understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and Value Stream management.
- Preferred Tool Skills: Familiarity with ALM tools or requirements management, project planning, and test management tools such as IBM Engineering (formerly known as IBM Rational), Jira, and Polarion.
- Domain Knowledge: Apply a strong understanding of the industry-specific challenges, regulatory requirements, and market needs of the Automotive, Aerospace, and Defence industries to contribute to the development of solutions tailored to these sectors.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to translate customer feedback into product features and improvements, with some experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Comfort with data analysis to support product decisions; experience with analytics tools is a plus.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with an aptitude for teamwork, able to build relationships across functions and levels.
