As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing the efficient flow of goods and materials within our supply chain network. Your role will involve coordinating shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory control. You will play a critical role in meeting customer expectations and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

In this role, you will impact the timely delivery of products to customers, maintain accurate inventory records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Utilize shipping software and tools to generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Experience with shipping software and tools.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
