Job Summary

As an Investor Services, Prime Brokerage Middle Office Onboarding Analyst within the Global Middle Office Onboarding team, you will be part of a global team providing operational support for the Prime Brokerage Transition and Account Management team. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to provide a seamless and integrated experience to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert for all Prime Products and to manage and coordinate multiple streams of work simultaneously. You will also have the chance to interact directly with our clients, ensuring their operational setups are implemented seamlessly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Look after the on-boarding for our Clients in the Manila office. The role will entail working directly with our business partner’s to successfully onboard our Prime Brokerage clients.
  • Partner with the Business to help on onboard our Prime Brokerage clients.
  • Ensure testing is completed and have received the relevant signs off from the Client and other internal groups within JPM before go-live.
  • Offer solutions to clients from a Client Integration perspective to successfully onboard the client onto the JP Morgan Prime Brokerage platform. Assist in the operational set up of reference data across a range of products.
  • Managing conversations with clients regarding their operational set ups and ensure they are implemented seamlessly.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all Prime Products to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of any pre-go-live testing, working with internal stakeholders across multiple groups including the front office, product development, middle office, and technology to ensure the best experience for new clients.
  • Co-ordinate clients change requests globally across APAC, EMEA and NA and act as the single point of contact for clients on such requests.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to demonstrate logical mind, perseverance, and the ability to communicate well and to be able to deal confidently with people at all levels in the organization.
  • A good operational understanding of the Prime Brokerage business.
  • Good PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, ability to work independently and promote knowledge share globally and ability to work to tight deadlines (the Client go-lives)
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple streams of work simultaneously and effectively resolve issues and conflicts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively target messages to different audiences.
  • Client facing skills; solid understanding of hedge funds and the trading strategies they employ. Must have the ability to talk to external and internal clients confidently within all business areas of the firm.
  • Knowledge and awareness of trade file processing standards/trade booking systems files (Including SWIFT)
  • Good project management skills as each client on-board is a project working to tight deadlines.

  • Highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and exceptional attention to detail
