As an
Human Resources Analytics intern, you’ll work on a project essential to the future of our organization. This project is designed to provide rich, real-world experience as a window into the Human Resources career field:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various talent systems (e.g., Workday, Pinpoint, Perceptyx, Achievers, Docebo, Power BI) to identify needs and provide insights.
- Research alternative vendors and evaluate their platforms to ensure optimal use of the budget and current tools.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to inform analytics projects.
- Compile research findings and present data-driven recommendations to the Global HR Leadership team.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with at least one quarter/semester to complete after internship.
- Must be available to work full time during the summer months (May – August)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Comfortable with technology and interested in understanding how different systems work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who enjoys research and collecting data and feedback.
