Manages and coordinates the projects planning and scheduling systems, programme controls, work processes and reports necessary to support the total programme of work. Acts as the assistant to the PM/PD on all planning aspects of the project.

Complies with Global Major Projects guidelines in terms of reporting procedures and presentation of productivity data.
Organise, participate and provide input in planning and progress meetings and workshops as necessary throughout the project life cycle.
Ensure the collection of measurement data on a daily basis for compilation into reports and validation of commercial payment applications.
Continually monitor progress, productivity, performance and implement action for improvement pre-emptively.
Work with construction manager and site supervisors to ensure smooth sequential working and coordination with interfacing/adjacent contractors.
Provide input on all GMP-related VO’s and contractual claims ensuring that the construction-related substantiation in notifications and follow-up is clearly defined, accurate and demonstrable fromscheduling, resource loading and critical path analysis standpoints.
Work closely with the Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Clients and Sub-contractors to identify potential changes in scope and quantify the impact of any changes.
Assist the Project Manager identifying potential problems concerning project delivery schedule.
