Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 2+ years experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 5+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience
- OR Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 3+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of U.S Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and standards and other non-regulatory safety standards applicable to the location.
- Record of accomplishment preventing injuries, developing/implementing robust processes and management systems, and in building productive collaborative relationships with internal/external business partners.
- Experience managing Environmental, Health and Safety in large-scale mission critical infrastructure preferred.
- Communicator and influencer who can build credibility and capable of negotiating successful outcomes with key business leaders.
- Project management experience with the ability to lead teams, produce and maintain timelines, create dashboards and track metrics, and assemble project information into clearly written reports that document findings, actions and progress.
