- Team Leadership & Development:
- Take a hands-on approach to lead and mentor the FP&A team in Israel, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality financial analysis, planning, and reporting to support decision-making across the organization.
- Corporate FP&A Leadership:
- Drive the global FP&A processes (Corporate FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial close, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to provide financial insights that drive product development and innovation, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Cost Management & Analysis:
- Take ownership of Hosting/Cloud cost management, providing detailed analysis and reporting to optimize expenditures and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and manage costs, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Partner closely with HR and Site Operations to align financial planning with business needs, driving accountability and transparency across the organization.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects, providing financial insights and recommendations that contribute to the company’s long-term success.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve FP&A processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Partner across IT and FP&A on the FP&A system roadmap to both develop and implement the plan.
To be a Director of FP&A in JFrog you need...
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role within FP&A.
- Previous experience in Corporate FP&A or running FP&A processes with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Board of director and Executive reporting a plus.
- Experience partnering with Product, Cloud hosting, Engineering, HR, and/or Site Operations teams; experience in the technology, SaaS, or software industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to build, lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology, tools, and automation to improve processes.
