About the role

To ensure timely and efficient patient access for key BSC products in Saudi Arabia by identifying, obtaining and analyzing health economics, clinical outcomes and reimbursement information, and executing defined strategies.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • To optimize access and reimbursement of Boston Scientific product portfolio, at the service design level.
  • Support the HEMA lead and delivering strategic objectives for the business.
  • Proactively assist and support (in collaboration with other internal stakeholders) the sales team with day-to-day requests.
  • Respond to internal requests for updates on the KSA landscape in general or to specific divisions.
  • Support the HEMA lead in developing tools that communicate the value of Boston Scientific’s product portfolio.
  • Support implementation of tactical planning activities required to achieve reimbursement (e.g., reimbursement submissions or other decision maker engagements)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and KOLs on evidence generation projects to support market access and adoption of Boston Scientific key technologies, e.g. consensus publications, health economic model, real-world evidence, patient pathway and value-based healthcare projects.
  • Support with the provision of internal training to sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory, and legal to increase awareness and understanding of health economics and market access competencies and their role in supporting a product’s success.
  • Monitor policy developments in KSA that impact the reimbursement of BSC products.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Post-grad qualification (Sciences or Health Economics)
  • TAMHEER eligibility.
  • TAQAT registration for TAMHEER.
  • No prior TAMHEER participation.
  • Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
  • Immediate availability to start.
  • Understanding of clinical data.
  • Understanding of health economics data advantageous.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and oral in English.
  • Good computer skills (e.g. Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentation and MS Office applications)
  • High motivation and good interpersonal skillsincluding demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Proactive, flexibility and problem-solving skills.
