Your Responsibilities will include:
- Creating, modifying, and maintaining customer, seller and material master data in SAP and other systems
- Investigating potential data issues across applications, identifying solutions, and implementing them effectively
- Engaging in Master Data activities as part of mergers and acquisitions
- Conducting continuous process reviews, identifying and proposing opportunities for improvement to enhance Master Data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Supporting EMEA-wide master data related projects and enhancements
- Documenting data management processes, workflows and governance standards
- Providing required support for audits (e.g. SOX)
- Working closely with diverse functions, including Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, and Sales
- Cultivating a collaborative environment
What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelor education or higher
- Experience in (master) data and information management, with a strong affinity for data
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Informatica IDD/IDQ is a plus
- Proficient English and Polish language skills
- Additional languages are an asset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines

- Self-starter with a sense of urgency to complete activities and projects with high quality
