In this role, you will:
Scope the unique regional (EMEA) content and approach required to address the needs of the different types of partner organizations and key personas in these organizations to ensure a deep understanding of Rapid7’s products, services, and value proposition.
Work closely with the Senior Partner Enablement Lead to ensure that required program training specific to EMEA is current, relevant, and aligned with company priorities.
Deliver training to partners in digital and live settings, aligned with the optimal delivery vehicle, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions for CAMs, CSEs and Partners.
Tailor training materials, presentations and documentation to meet unique regional requirements to support effective learning
Ensure enablement efforts are aligned with digital tools used to empower partners and improve collaboration efficiency
Establish relationships with select EMEA partners to enhance their knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness in promoting Rapid7’s products and services
Collaborate with Channel Operations to monitor and analyze the performance of partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Leverage technology to enhance partner enablement
The skills you’ll bring include:
5+ years experience in channel enablement, sales enablement, or a related field including proven experience delivering digital and live training
Strong understanding of the sales process, channel management, and EMEA partner ecosystems
Ability to distinguish between customer and partner value propositions and create content focused on what’s in it for the partner
Excel at visual storytelling using delivery tools such as Google Slide Presentations
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs
Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes
Ability to work effectively on global and virtual teams and accommodate time differences
Strong project management skills, must be able to self-manage content development process and collaborate with SMEs to produce high quality and impactful content
Experience working in cybersecurity is preferred but not required; knowledge of the personas working in the cybersecurity community
Work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with minimal supervision that demands high quality, creativity, accountability, and consistency
