The role is responsible for driving engineering excellence by instilling best practice engineering discipline into the process whilst ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry
Effective interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships between sales and operations to ensure lowest cost, lowest risk and best value engineered solutions.
Change Management skills to accept and lead change within the workforce by pro-actively and creatively taking action to achieve goals
Education / Qualifications:
Engineering Degree/Diploma qualifications in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering and minimum 5 years engineering experience in nominated disciplines.
Chartered or Professional Engineer (desired)
Proven background in Controls, Automation, Electronic Security, Smart Buildings, Digital Engineering and Integration is essential.
Green Belt certification (desired)
Min 5 years work experience in a project’s environment, with extensive on-site exposure.
A proven track record of delivery and success in technical solution design and in the areas of problem solving and process change/ improvement
Ability to work effectively across a large geographic spread in a virtual engineering group environment
