Candidate will need to have a strong understanding of IT system, keen to resolved customers incidents and request within agreed Service Level. Lead discussion with stakeholders to understand business process and system requirements. Subject matter expert, document, and present issues/solutions to extended organization. Drive operational excellence through collaboration and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive ServiceNow adoption, identify data, workflows, integration, and customization.
  • Lead risk management activities including risk assessment, mitigation, security and operational.
  • Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents. Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, MS365 Suite, AVAYA, Cisco/VOIP telephony, Blackberry, Android, iOS (iPad/iPhone), Network fundamental, Operating System security patching and ticketing systems.

Desired Job Skills:

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Project Management (PMP) and Certified Risk Manager(CRM) certification

•ITIL certifications eg Remedy, Jira, ServiceNow

•Desired experience in Microsoft Office365 eg Teams, CoPilot, OneDrive with certification

•Experience with technologies: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, MS365 Suite, AVAYA, Cisco/VOIP telephony, Blackberry, Android, iOS (iPad/iPhone), Network fundamental, Operating System security patching and ticketing systems.

•Experience: 2-4 years preferred information technology and project management
