Job Description- Independently provides sales/relationship support for one or multiple products. Responds to inquiries, provides advice on products, service features and pricing. Engages with client to enhance and grow existing business.
- Responds to product-specific inquiries from clients and/or internal partners. Conducts product demonstrations, as needed.
- Develops and updates proposal and marketing content in coordination with Product Management.
- Provides guidance and direction to clients and/or internal partners on product features, functions, usage and pricing to support new and existing business opportunities.
- Identifies client-specific requirements and needs to inform product direction. Works to develop knowledge of PNC capabilities, solutions development, and integrating products/platforms into client systems/interfaces.
