Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Java.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
- Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed enterprise systems in the cloud.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- Experience implementing and leading engineering best practices (e.g., design reviews, code reviews, testing)
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Anthos or Bare Metal.
- Experience with hardware cluster deployments in telecommunications, enterprise, or retail environments.
- Experience with technical leadership of projects in the Linux environment.
- Experience with fleet management, fleet health monitoring, and rollout systems.
- Proficiency in programming in Golang or C++.
