Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments.
- Experience managing NPI programs for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) hardware.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations or a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in multiple aspects of hardware and manufacturing operations.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes.
