1. Undergraduate degree in either computer science, analytics, data engineering, finance or equivalent degree
2.Fifteen years of data management experience inclusive of driving enterprise data strategy, data execution, data engineering or software delivery
3. Expert problem solving skills and being able to define detailed strategies
4. Experience in financial services or payments industry
5. Experience in meeting regulatory obligations and operating in a highly regulatory environment
6. Experience in building a high performing team

1. Expert in solution designs based upon business requirements
2. Experience in building financial services strategy
3.Experience in rolling out business data governance across processes and solutions.
4.Experience in data architecture, solution architecture and / or designing enterprise business processes
5.Skills demonstrated in data engineering, computer engineering, data transformation (ETL), digital transformation and regulatory program delivery
