Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
• Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• You are an all-rounder in marketing: Having worked on integrated marketing campaigns, but also showing interest in specific areas beyond high-reach campaigns like CRM, Partner marketing or Social media.

• You have experience with social-first campaigns and driving results across fast-paced channels

• Experience in the Fintech, Finance or E-commerce industries is a bonus
