As a IT Network Engineer, you will:
- Provide end user support on ticketing system with responds to and resolve support requests.
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks for multiple ANZ branch offices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and any security protocols.
- Perform regular network maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.(after business hour).
- Work with IT teams to support network integration with other systems and applications.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT infra related services and solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest security/networking technologies and follow Corp best practices.

- 5+ years of experience in IT infra specialize with network administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF,VPNs etc.).
- Hands-on experience with IT infra network security, firewalls, access controls and WiFi.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Occasional traveling required (within ANZ region).
- Experience on managing enterprise grade IT environment.
- Experience with virtualization technology (vCenter/ESXi), including VM configurations/backup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry certifications CCIE or Fortinet certificate is required.
- Diploma/Bachelor in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.
