Microsoft’s Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization is the engine that powers our cloud services. Our data center construction team is dedicated to delivering the highest quality data centers for our cloud services. As we continue to revolutionize the way construction projects are planned, managed, and executed, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
(EOT), the key responsibilities are to work cross functionally with other EOT members to provide oversight on the consistent implementation of the project service level agreement (SLA) and functional governance, perform project health analysis against the approved SLAs/scope/execution plan/cost/schedule, assist with the project setup, evaluate the site resource effectiveness, conduct spot audits, assist with onboarding and training of the site-based team. The team will be dedicated to this scope and will not be assigned to specific projects or other functional/regional activities. The project reviews and assessment will be as per theroadmap and/or managed by exception should a critical priority be raised within the region. The team will be based in a hub location and will travel together to the site as per the roadmap and business critical priorities.
The CO+I Commissioning team is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of new data center capacity for CO+I. Through development of leading program management and construction processes, this team is chartered with managing workflow across vertically and horizontally aligned project managers and virtual teams to successfully deliver multi-million dollar, multi-year data center construction programs.
As a Commissioning Lead on the Data Center Delivery Execution Oversight Team, you will be an experienced commissioning capacity delivery manager with well-rounded experience of delivering projects. Your focus will be Cx capacity delivery while upholding the company values of safety, quality, schedule, contractual obligations and cost in challenging project environments
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

Reliability Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
