ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Key Contributor to initiative success.

2. May be called upon to troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, highly technical, complex problems and recommend appropriate actions.

Facilitate Intake across Cloud Data Platforms & SAS Platforms.

Partner with engineers to ensure the epics, features and user stories are groomed.

Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

6. Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and remove impediments.

9. Responsible for ensuring Truist SDLC is appropriately followed.

10. Work under minimal supervision.

11. Provide input to initiative-related decisions.

12. Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend appropriate actions.

13. Assist with the transfer of knowledge of Agile skills.

Technical Delivery

Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Ensure adherence to technical best practices and standards.

5. Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend appropriate actions.

Identify risks working with project managers & develop mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree andrelated training or experience, including experience in a Scrum Master role

2. Seven+ years of professional experience, two+ years of experience working on or with agile teams, three+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)

3. Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies

4. Detailed knowledge of several IT and non-IT/Agile skills and tools and their application.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. College degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study

Certified CSM/ SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master

3. Experience in the banking industry

Experience delivering on AWS cloud data platforms and snowflake.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a tech environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).


Visual / Audio / Speaking

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding

Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.

Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need
