What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Own and implement features in physics simulator to improve contact physics, run time performance, etc.
- Develop and implement methodologies and tools to help address sim to real gaps
- Closely collaborate with AI/RL teams to address gaps in simulation software
- Keep up to date and implement the latest research/technologies in the fields of humanoid robotics and simulation
- Deep understanding in one of the physics simulators (Ex: Drake, Mujoco, Physx, Simulink, etc.)
- Experience in GPU accelerated physics
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and optimization methods for improving simulation accuracy and closing the sim-to-real gap
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
