Lead Transport Plannerfor large-scale infrastructure projects. By joining our team, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging multi-disciplinary projects and utilize your Highway design expertise to serve as a design lead on transportation related projects.

You will work with an experienced and innovative team of Engineers and Project Managers, as well as gain experience working with our clients / contractor partners to solve their most challenging problems. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting research and data analysis to identify transportation challenges and opportunities, developing transportation plans and policies. Evaluating the impact of proposed transportation projects. Designing transportation infrastructure, such as roads, railways, and bike lanes.
  • To analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions to transportation challenges and offer innovative ideas to improve solutions and processes.
  • Collaborating with engineers, urban planners, and policymakers to integrate transportation solutions with land use.
  • Technical responsibility to check and review the work of junior team members.
  • Ability to use Transportation modeling software, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and statistical analysis tools likeVissim, Visum, Aimsun, Cube, Synchro, SATURN, EMMEJunctions9/Sidra/Linsig, TUBA, Quadro, Diadem. Working knowledge of common data environment such as ProjectWise.
  • Contribute to all reviews for due diligence in regular team meetings, ECI (Early Contractor Involvement), Interdisciplinary design workshops at every stage of design.
  • To analyze technical design problems assigned and offer innovative ideas to improve solutions and processes.
  • To communicate with counterpart in lead office/Client office as necessary and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on project delivery
  • Mentoring staff
Here's what you'll need

Here’s What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Transportation engineering/planning
  • Chartered / Professional accreditation preferable.
  • 10+ years of extensive and demonstrated experience in microscopic/mesoscopic transport modelling and junction modelling packages for Highway schemes and preferably Global delivery model.
