The EMEA Public Cloud Team supports customers with SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Services. We work collaboratively with customers, partners and internal teams, to drive meaningful business transformation to the Cloud. Our aim is to help our customers create and sustain long term success from their SAP investments.

1. Act as trusted advisors for Internal SAP Stakeholders and Customer C-Levels with a focus on Customer Success
2. Support and help to accelerate SAP’s Cloud Strategy to our Customers
3. Provide holistic view of the Customers Cloud Transformation Journey by bridging the gap between business capabilities and technology enablers
4. Support and discover new Customer opportunities for SAP Cloud offerings.

FINANCE CONSULTANT ROLE EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant to strengthen our EMEA Public Cloud team in Portugal. The candidate should be an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant. The following are the key tasks this role will perform:

1. Candidate would be expected to work in a senior capacity as a Finance Consultant in Public Cloud ERP.
2. Senior advisory engagements will be required with both customers and internal SAP Teams
3. Ability to work with a team of other consultants to support customers with their overall Cloud Transformation journey.
4. Candidate would be expected to participate in customer workshops and to manage scope and customer expectations

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Higher education degree

Functional Experience

1. Professionally qualified Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with at least 3yrs of years of SAP consulting experience in Finance.
2. Must have understanding of FICO processes covered or related to AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, Integration, tax processes etc.
3. Hands on experience in any ONE of the following areas of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM – Credit Management, Collections/Disputes), Treasury, Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash) , FICA and Advanced Product costing, Advanced Profitability, Financial Consolidation/Reporting, Central Finance and IFRS 15/16 know how would be an added advantage
4. Good understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP modules
5. Must have experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP
6. Should have 2 or more, end to end Process Implementation cycles experience.
7. Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work well in/with teams and build long term customer relationships.
9. Certification in the Core area preferred
