- 4+ years experience in market analysis at a major retailer, top tier strategy consulting firm, or a top tier investment bank with a focus on Real Estate
- A high-degree of facility with research sources, modeling techniques, problem solving, and presentation approaches with exceptional ability to create grounded and structured analyses from disparate sources of information. This requires advanced skills in Excel and building tools to run analysis.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively translate data into actionable information to get results
- Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to structure project activities, resource allocation, timelines, and interdependencies to drive results across simultaneous projects under tight time pressures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in market analysis at a major retailer, a top tier strategy consulting firm, or a top tier investment bank with a focus on Real Estate
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
- MBA
