This role requires someone who is dynamic, flexible, and can easily respond to quickly changing needs. The candidate must have the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity and be able to deliver on multiple responsibilities. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed like controls execution, process documentation, data governance support, etc.…
• Support the team responsible for key metrics production process through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business controls needs and requirements
• Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
• Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
• Coordinates all aspects of team management support around meetings and related conference calls
• Coordinate local activities in Mumbai to support BI Data Function

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Controls Analyst and Support role within banking and international function
• Ability to deal with Ambiguity around Conflicting situations and priorities
• Experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
• Self-motivated and detail oriented

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
