Will be part of systems validation team performing validation and qualification of Honeywell process control systems such as Experion PKS, Green Hydrogen Solution
Will have independent responsibility in designing test systems and executing functional / system tests on different EPKS sub-systems where the candidate’s prior experience in working on similar systems will be expected to be leveraged.
Plan Test Efforts and Track execution as per plan. Work on Risk identification and mitigation. Provide updates to stakeholders.
Will be responsible for Test strategy, design & execution of different types of test covering functional and non functional requirements.
Will be responsible for independently assess the quality of a program and raise flag on concerns.
Take part in review of Architecture analysis and Design of a solution. Play the role of a Domain expert and provide design inputs to End user interfaces.
Document Test processes, Provide contents and Review ID documents.
Skills / Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Technology or Control Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering. 4-8 Yeas Experience.
Instrumentation and Control Systems Expertise: Seek candidates with a background in instrumentation engineering or control systems engineering. They should have experience with designing, installing, and maintaining instrumentation systems used in industrial processes of GH2 (AEL,PEM)
Knowledge of Hydrogen Production Technologies: Look for candidates who understand the various methods of green hydrogen production, such as electrolysis, biomass gasification, or thermochemical processes. They should be familiar with the instrumentation requirements specific to each production method. Candidate should possess good knowledge of process control concepts and field instrumentation basics. candidate should have good Analytical, and trouble shooting skills and would be expected to work well in teams
Candidate should have good understanding of deployment scenarios of DCS Systems and end user use cases.
Understanding of subsystem communication protocols – Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, IEC61850, HART, FF, OPC.
Basic understanding and usage of a Programming language and SQL is a added advantage.
Understanding of O & G design standards (AGA and API) is a added advantage.
