Digital Lead Strategist (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1505413), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Francisco, CA.Work on a dynamic mix of projects helping clients solve digital user experience (UX) issues. Develop and execute the customer experience and digital vision and management of client service delivery. Create a digital design solution for clients to create a seamless experience across all channels per customer demands. Consult with clients across industries to determine requirements for digital UX designs, and help clients strategize and execute on their future vision and experience. Collaborate with other specialists, including clients, stakeholders, and technology developers to evaluate design concepts, feasibility, and develop future state vision. Create and execute a vision for the future in an entrepreneurial environment. Present designs and demonstrate prototypes to clients. Research the market and the end-user in order to develop the digital UX strategy. Manage projects in digital strategy, experience design, sales strategy, work experience of the future, digital program activation, and social.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate consulting experience in Customer, User Experience (UX), Business, Marketing, and/or Product/Service Strategy. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design, or a related field and 4 years of consulting experience in Customer, User Experience, Business, Marketing, and/or Product/Service Strategy.
Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements and goals, end user needs, and inputs from cross-functional teams into design solutions.
Must have 3 years of experience in communicating or collaborating with clients, UX and business stakeholders, or developers.
Must have 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have 2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, InVision, Keynote, OmniGraffle, Sketch, or other design technologies.
Must have 2 years of experience in managing teams of Digital Strategy/User Experience consulting professionals.
Requires travel up to 80%, including internationally, to serve client needs.
