Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their motorsports general management group. You will partner cross-functionally and with key external partners to build the Ford Performance business and brand. You will serve as a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership and key stakeholders – identifying new revenue streams, strengthening community engagement, and managing key strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, and role model Our Ford+ Behaviors – Focus, Excellence and Collaboration.

In 1901, Henry Ford designed and built the racecar “Sweepstakes.” On October 10 that year, he drove Sweepstakes against Alexander Winton, a famous racer and builder. Against all odds Ford won. That was the beginning – “the race that changed the world” – and it continues today.
