The Credit and Collectionsis responsible forperforming daily activities such as dunning and collection, dispute management and credit management, together with the supportprojects and process standardisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure atimely collection of receivables by working closely with the customer and internal stakeholders andsolve anycauses of non-payment.

• thatall paymentsarereceived are allocated accurately and timelywithout any errors

• Follow-upin case ofdiscrepanciesand ensure theyare handled within a reasonable time frame.

• ssessandreview the credit risk on the customer on regular basis to mitigate risk foradidasaccording to credit policy.

• Perform review, analysis and proposal of release on credit block deliveries.

• the Credit & Collections leadership team andSales/Financestakeholders.

• Track disputes, forward totheright department for their solution and follow-up until their closing.

• Identify the improvement opportunities and support their implementation.

• Ensure desktop procedures are updated in line with standards and policies

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• in Accounting, Business Administration orsimilar field

• 2 plusyearsrelevant work experience in accounting /corporate financearea

• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
