Responsibilities:
  • Acting as information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy
  • Coordinate tendering process with logistics support for the sales team
  • EKAP follow up and updates and inform related stakeholders
  • Review the appropriate medical publications for tenders pertaining to GE Healthcare and applies to the Health Authorities for consideration to tender.
  • Provide effective administration in support of tender production to minimize turnaround, maximize quality, business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Commercial Team and all related stakeholders as a team member to provide general cover as required supporting the overall sales activity.
  • Receive all the information from the sales and pricing departments, prepare the contract for both private/public by taking into account all the legal parameters and all the necessary documentation & submit necessary workflows to get ready with contract signature
  • Prepare offers for direct procurement, communicate with hospitals, take necessary steps to manage and follow up the entire process until the contracts are signed
  • Proactively follow-up the contract status with the customer/account manager and update the sales tracker with most up-to-date information
  • Share contract package with Business Operations for timely and accurate entry to the system
  • Prepare Options & Upgrade (O&U) contracts and share order package with related stakeholders for timely and accurate entry to the system
  • Provide effective administration in support of contract management in order to maximize quality, business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives in order to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance
  • Support Funnel Reviews & Pulse Checks
  • Drive Sales processes simplification and best practices sharing.
  • Follow up all work flow from receiving RFQ (request for quotation) until delivering products. Able to perform contract performance management activities.
  • Ensure that the processes of the Quality Management System are implemented and maintained.
  • Support the EHS program and the follow up (EHS contractor safety / EHS training fulfillments).
  • Support funnel reviews for digital products with global teams
  • Follow up the deinstalled devices with the sales team, and take any necessary actions to keep the system updated
  • Create reports on topics required for commercial and sales teams (about EOSL & tenders & contracts situation etc..), share with relevant teams and support to take action based on results
  • Keep the account manager-based IB list updated, tracking the account manager and device installation site changes and sharing the changes with the relevant teams
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
  • Resolve issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years experience in Sales Support/ Commercial Operations roles.
  • High competency on MS Office tools.
  • Advanced usage of Commercial Tools such as SFDC, Apttus, Service Max etc.
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Good business knowledge and understanding.
  • Ability to articulate & build convincing arguments for internal staff.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • High level of telephone and customer care skills.
