Your impact

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with business partners to prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting across BUs
  • Providing in-depth analysis and proposing recommendations in key areas of the fast-evolving business, mainly ad hoc in nature
  • Supporting Finance Controller in preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews as well as quarterly reporting package
  • Leading Plan and Forecast Loads to PBCS for assigned BU(s)
  • Preparing presentations for Financial Reviews
  • Performing analysis for assigned Business Unit or across several BUs
  • Budgeting and forecasting for the assigned PUs – may be required
  • Pro-actively provides work leadership and shares subject matter expertise with co-workers, especially with more junior analysts or on complex tasks
  • Partnering with Finance Managers on assessing business trends
  • Reviewing monthly financial adjustments and assessing areas for improvement
  • Preparing and distributing standard reports with meaningful commentary
  • Recommending improvements to PPS reporting process, playing an active role in FP&A community
  • Ensuring best practice is implemented and maintained in line with company requirements, audit requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and US GAAP.
Here's what you'll need
  • Solid working experience in a finance role or a relevant qualification to perform the role
  • Strategic multidimensional thinking combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills by proactively reviewing large financial data sets to make recommendations
  • Advanced technical skills including proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of VBA, Power Query and Power BI will be a very strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) and ASC 606
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and to build appropriate partnerships
  • Good time management skills to manage a complex workload, prioritize and set deadlines and cope with conflicting and changing demands
  • Ability to effectively handle change and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work in global team, with various time zones including overlap with the US and Australia.
