RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability and experience to provide remote support to customers.
- Ability to deliver remote support & services remotely and effectively.
- Ability to execute Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) and other standard audit checklists.
- Facilitate issue identification and analysis. Report out to regional stakeholders, work closely with the global team.
- Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues.
- Maintain strong case documentation and follow up with A360 Performance Managers to ensure that technical recommendations effectively resolve customer issues.
- Support A360 Performance Managers to enable remote solutions at customer sites making sure the PSC value is consistently demonstrated with each deliverable.
- Keep technically current with the broad HPS product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on the TPS-Experion-DCS product line.
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 10+ years of experience in the system engineering, operations, or services support functions within the Industrial automation industry.
