Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7-10 years of front-end development experience.
- Expertise in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, and Angular.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG, ADA), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Experience advising leadership on technology adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing products for software/database developers (Couchbase users).
- Familiarity with Multi-Cloud platforms and Svelte.
- Adaptable and proactive in exploring emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance UI applications.
- Define and enforce UI standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and integrate modern UI frameworks and technologies.
- Implement responsive design and mobile-first strategies.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Ensure timely delivery through Agile/Scrum practices.
- Address security vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
