Your role:

  • Accountable end-to-end Sourcing to Pay (S2P) marketing category management for the region

  • Responsible for the strategy sourcing for marketing category scope including media, comms &PR, creative, Event, marketing digital engagement, marketing insights, POS, ISP and sponsorship, vendor selection, development, and management of enterprise & strategic supplier relationships, contract management and stakeholder management and performance in a company.

  • Responsible for new supplier onboarding approval and PR approval

  • Responsible for all E2E sourcing projects and contract management

  • External network/benchmarking to ensure that the latest market development is translated into actions

  • Partner with business stakeholder to identify the impactful procurement project and drive the tangible procurement and business value

  • Supplier Risk Management, Quality and Sustainability

  • Be able to work with 3rd party procurement partner to execute the sourcing projects

  • Supports and the manages subsequent impact on commodity flow

  • Leads contract negotiations

  • Demonstrates ability to leverage global contracts

  • Builds and maintains up to date knowledge about company’s processes, strategies & industry trends

  • Develops working level supplier relationships and supplier performance management

  • Conducts complete diagnosis of most business problems, factoring in a strong understanding of inventory management

  • Independently identify, design, direct, and perform analyses to resolve complex first‐time inventory issues

  • Proactively assess and recommend solutions to supplier‐related problems (e.g. inventory flow problems, related process issues)

  • Recommends strategic direction for long term spending plans.


You're the right fit if you have:

  • 8 – 10 years of relevant sourcing/procurement background and relevant Marketing services: Media, creative, Marketing insights, POS, Event etc. (other indirect categories is a plus)

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills, energy and excellence in execution to her/his work

  • Strong collaboration and Teamwork skills

  • Be strategic partner with enterprise thinking

  • Execution focused, able to project manage and own processes with rigor in execution & drive for excellence

  • Manage cross functional/cross business issues and generate impact and results through others

  • Analytical data driven with good excel skills, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages is a plus)

  • Negotiations skills

  • Category (regional) and Supplier Strategy Development, contract management, risk management skills

  • Strong Networking & Influencing skills, strong agility and adaptability
