We are seeking someone who is to learn, and be ready to use a wide range of software and development tools required to perform the job in Python, Java, container-based development, SageMaker, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, Langchain, etc.Your work should consistently be of high quality (e.g., secure, testable, maintainable, low-defects, efficient, etc.) and incorporate best practices. You should identify, follow, and enforce high development standards, working alongside PEs.As an SDEIII, You should be able to work fairly independently using the above-mentioned tools, while also working with various stakeholders and partners, such as Applied Scientists, Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Software Development Managers, Solution Architects, and Doc writers. You should be able to integrate new software components into partner codebases, while understanding and incorporating all required concerns, including roadblocks. You should understand distributed system design patterns and be able to apply them in existing and emerging ML domains with limited guidance from PE's.Bellevue, WA, USA

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
