- Serve as an SME for the project that you are handling
- Lead through example and build a culture of quality.- Define test metrics, lead automation efforts and constantly explore new test automation tools and methods.
- Exercise strong planning skills
- Establish processes and build tools to maintain automation scripts and generate regular test reports
- Understand component test strategies for product architecture, making technical and risk trade-off decisions at test framework level
- Build load, stress, and soak testing for the systemSingapore, SGP

- 4+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience with test automation tools, schedulers, frameworks, and harnesses.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in OTT / Video Streaming industry

- 7+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Fluency in at least one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, C#, Python or PERL.
- Proven experience in measuring and reporting quality and driving improvements across team.
- Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data and logs.
- Fluent in at least one scripting language, and the ability to read Java code.
- Understanding the scope of different types of testing: unit, integration, functional and regression tests
- Experience testing both frontend applications and backend services, including functional API testing, integration testing, and UI functionality and usability testing
- Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs
- Experience with quality metrics and clear status reporting
- Experience in testing OTT / video streaming industry specifically in one of the three areas: 1) Personalization and ML or Transcoding technology 2) Experience working in Android & Player Tech 3) Experience building CMS systems & Video Catalogue Management system
