Currently, one other Executive Director leads the FinCrime GDS team. The FinCrime business is expected to grow significantly and requires core FinCrime skills (KYC, TM, Screening, etc) to grow the practice and win new pursuits. The FinCrime business is moving towards multi-year end-to-end delivery requiring core FinCrime capabilities especially for the US region. The proposed ED role can further accelerate the growth by bringing in the right leadership and coverage for the US region. This role requires a hands-on leader who can provide guidance to the team and manage large FinCrime engagements Establish quality management practices to ensure that quality of deliverables meets / exceeds regulatory, client and firm’s internal quality expectations Drive automation and innovation in FinCrime.
