As a TechFacilitate Professional at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in San LuisPotosi, Mexico, you will be accountable for providing technical facilitate andtroubleshooting assistance to customers for our building automation productsand solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfactionand resolving technical issues in a timely manner. You willreport directly to our Tech Facilitate Manager, and you'll work out of our SanLuis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities - Provide technical facilitate and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to building automation products and solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the product development team
- Test products & software
- Develop and share knowledge
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Advanced English skills
- Advanced Windows OS, IIS, HTML5, Virtualization, Networking (COMPTIA A+, standards and specifications, etc), electrical wiring, standards and specifications, databases and SQL sentences
- Current professional experience in similar roles
WE VALUE - Portuguese or French skills
- Experience in the industry is preferred
- Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills

- Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint
