About the Role
You will work with the Global Data Infrastructure and Strategy team to enhance their decision-making through your business and analytical expertise. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and governing global customer support data. The ideal candidate should possess advanced SQL knowledge, basic Python skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent time management and organizational skills. Additionally, the ability to clearly communicate and present information to build consensus is essential for success in this role.
Your Impact in Role:
- Ensure the maintenance, quality, and accessibility of the data
- Proactively address issues identified in the data tables and queries
- Modify data sources (tables/queries) to support new product launches
- Develop and maintain queries, tables, data models, and data pipelines to meet global requirements
- Analyze and optimize existing queries and data pipelines to enhance system efficiency
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to align on necessary changes
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Lead data infrastructure projects for the larger team

Preferred Qualifications:
