Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years job experience as a program manager, or team lead in global organizations
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization
  • Proven Expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems
  • Proven Experience with SAP ECC 6
  • Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contexts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing SLA’s for Systems/Application performance
  • Proven Experience with Business Intelligence, AI/ML technologies
  • Customer Focused: Passionate about the customer experience
  • Understanding of the B2B operations fulfillment process
  • Exec Presence - proven ability to effectively and succinctly present complex topics, initiatives, post-mortem, proposals to a diverse leadership audience
  • Problem Solving techniques for issue resolution
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our business partners on the status of systems issues and resolution strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills required to serve diverse customer base and deal effectively with escalating issues
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
