What you'll do

· Project delivery as Technical Lead for customers, including support during requirement gathering phase, analysis of system landscape, technical design

· Execution and assistance to the team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Migration, Upgrades and Conversions) and support with ongoing projects

· Coordinate customer project members, team, and own project tasks

· Provide guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure)

· Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems

· Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs

· Support in escalated projects

· Support for system optimization

· Specific expert consulting

· Acts as a coach for colleagues

· Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products

What you bring

- Fluency in English (both written and oral)

· Bachelors or Master's degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar experience

· 8+ years previous experience working across a range of implementations, upgrade and migration projects

· Strong Knowledge and Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP HANA DB, Cloud Migrations, Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/ MaxDB), Performance Tuning · Communication skills with technical focus

· Active Member of a technology related community

· SAP Certifications in S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, NetWeaver and SAP HANA preferred

· Experience of working in large landscapes/environments/customers
