Identify, develop, and manage suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Oversee the entire procurement process, including generating purchase orders, verifying receipt of goods, and resolving supply chain issues.
Collaborate with department managers to clarify purchase requisitions, understand departmental needs, and refine specifications for future procurement.
Work closely with R&D and Production teams, fostering strong relationships with engineering teams to anticipate needs and drive procurement decisions based on demand forecasts.
All you need is:
5+ years of experience as a Buyer in a relevant field, at least 3 of them from an international company.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or in other relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of electronic components, mechanical parts, and related commodities (mandatory).
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications – significant advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
Deep understanding of procurement procedures and supply chain management, Import/Export.
Advanced negotiation and supplier management skills.
Strong analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a dynamic environment
