Key Responsibilities:
Conduct generative research activities to collect key insights across multiple touchpoints.
Contribute to the scoping, planning, and tracking of assigned projects.
Research around Interfaces for people to be productive in our logistics and distribution industry (warehouses, transportation, logistics)

You must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Psychology or similar discipline.
1+ years of industry experience in research, strategic design or innovation consulting (portfolio must be provided)
Be a curious, flexible, highly self-motivated person, with good interpersonal skills and a can-do/positive attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English), with fluency for conducting interviews and writing research reports.
Availability to travel abroad

Some experience with design research, ethnography and human-centered design
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques (e.g., observation, contextual inquiries, structured interviews, time & motion studies, surveys, benchmarking, card sorting, cognitive walkthroughs, usability/heuristic evaluation, etc.)
Proficiency with UX Research tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Survey Monkey, Optimal Workshop, User Zoom, statistical analysis or data mining software)
Familiarity with Logistics and Distribution industry.
