Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product design and related roles.
- 10 years of experience in a senior role creating strategy and designing products.
- 7 years of experience managing design teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working collaboratively with senior designers, and executives in product management and engineering.
- Experience elevating product craft, including proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and large language models.
- Proficiency in using and contributing to a design system and UI style guide.
- Ability to create a culture that nurtures talented UX team members, solves complex design problems, and delivers simple product solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
