Description
Key Responsibilities:Study Support & Communication:- Serve as liaison across study, approval, and security teams.- Set up secure systems and address proctoring needs.- Debug multi-team issuesInfrastructure Management:- Design resilient architecture (redundant power, cooling, networks).- Manage equipment (ordering, replacing, auditing).VMWare & Kubernetes Operations:- Deploy VMs, manage Kubernetes clusters, optimize resources, and update tools.- Simplify infrastructure and adopt GitOps practices.Monitoring & Debugging:- Maintain Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and troubleshoot network, database, and config issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork.
  • Experience managing communications between multiple teams
  • Expertise with container orchestration such as Kubernetes, and experience troubleshooting Linux-based systems
  • Experience with firewalls, and computer network design
  • Analytical & problem solving skills, ability to communicate ideas clearly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with designing and operating applications in a public cloud environment
  • Experience with monitoring & debugging tools
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
