We require this role to work under a hybrid policy, meaning three days per week in office. Because of this you will need to be based within commuting distance of our , located at Yaesu Central Tower, Tokyo Station.


AS A RECRUITER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL:

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting and be a consultative business partner to your hiring teams

  • Recruit in a fast-paced, competitive and high-growth sales environment

  • Be able to conduct talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and offer closing

  • Be client-focused and committed to continuous improvement

  • Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to hiring managers

  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

  • Build and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone/video conferencing, in person networking, and internet research

  • Be self-sufficient and able to work independently

  • Be a champion of our mission and culture to the market

OUR IDEAL RECRUITER WILL HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience with full-lifecycle sales or technical recruiting

  • Experience in-house recruiting or agency-side

  • Command of leveraging social media and other online and innovative methods to build the company’s talent brand and attract passive candidates

  • A strong track record of directly sourcing candidates

  • Excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of Snowflake’s recruiting process including events, hiring drives, usage of jobs boards, in-person networking and industry presence

  • A strong track record of closing candidates

  • Fluency in both English and Japanese languages

BONUS POINTS FOR EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  • Diversity hiring, sourcing, or diversity focused events experience

  • Experience hiring manager/ senior manager level positions

  • Additional languages such as Korean or Chinese
