What You’ll Do
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager toalign on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadershipthrough active floor presence and role modeling (70% of the time)
  • Customer Excellence: Ensure all employees deliver a top-tiercustomer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns relatedto vehicle quality and preparation
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop management andstaff, maintaining prompt position fulfillment, providing ongoing performanceevaluation, and ensuring adherence to Tesla's policies and procedures
  • Brand Standards: Uphold brand standards through facilitymaintenance, showroom presentation, and cost control, while ensuring compliancewith Tesla’s dress code and grooming guidelines
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years applicable experience withproven track record to meet or exceed goals, or equivalent
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional managementskills, great attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects whileadhering to business-critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicatedand ethical approach to sales and sales operations
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as awell-respected, trusted partner
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retailenvironment, ability to relocate as needed
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Notary license is preferred. Should notary support be required of this role, Tesla will provide assistance with obtaining a license
