What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance KPI performance at internal collision centers
- Handle daily part price escalation, addressing missing or incorrect part prices, and maintain part pricing with the finance team for all vehicle models (including upcoming models)
- Collaborate with internal teams to benchmark and maintain part pricing
- Serve as the subject matter expert in parts processes, driving the development and implementation of best practices and quality standards
- Previous experience at Tesla in a parts-related role, with a strong understanding of the parts system and inventory management, preferred
- Proven leadership in team training, coaching, and project management, with strong communication skills across organizational levels
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL experience is a plus. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
